Thin and Crispy Pizza

Josh wanted pizza for supper, so I made it while he
zoomed around our field on his snowmobile.
Then I flagged him down when his supper was ready.
(The last sentence is false but it made his sport sound more extreme.)

Heat your baking stone for 15 minutes on 400.
Roll out your dough right on the baking stone.

Sprinkle the crust with parmesan cheese, then add
pizza sauce and toppings of your choice.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. (I think) Or lets say until done.

Pull out of the oven and enjoy.

Pizza Crust

1 1/2 tsp. yeast
3/4 cup warm water
1 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 cups of four
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Dissolve yeast in water. Then add the rest of ingredients and let raise.
Roll out on hot, baking stone and add toppings.
Double this recipe for a puffy crust. You can also use part
whole wheat flour for healthiness and texture.

Blessings,
Hope

  1. Hope this looks amazing! When you roll the dough out on the hot stone does it sizzle stretch out well?

  2. The dough was really soft so it rolled out fine. Just sprinkle the top of the dough with flour so it won't stick to your rolling pin.
