We had small group tonight and
I had very little time to plan
what kind of snack to take.
So I stopped by the store and grabbed some
wheat tortillas, roast beef, spinach and mozzarella cheese.
Heat tortillas in the microwave so they are pliable.
Spread a little mayo on one half of the tortilla.
Top with two slices of roast beef, a slice of mozzarella cheese,
sprinkle on a little feta cheese, drizzle with Sweet Baby Ray's,
and top with a handful of spinach.
Fold in both sides and...
... and roll like... well a roll...
... secure both ends with a tooth pick, and slice down the middle.
Tadaa you have a colorful, flavor filled wrap.
Repeat this process as many times and necessary.
The possibilities are endless with this kind of snack.
Enjoy,
Hope
So glad you found the blog, love loved your comment! i always think i'm just writing to write, but your feedback was so thoroughly encouraging! Thank you =)
ReplyDeleteHappy to find your beautiful blog! I noticed that your pans look like mine when you cook - they get so dirty! How do you clean them? I'm looking for a "healthy" way of cleaning them without using chemicals, etc. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteKathryn,
ReplyDeleteWell, when I fry chicken I usually add wine to my sauce and that helps
deglaze the pan of all the crusty pan drippings. If it's really stuck on I will soak it in hot water and a little dish soap. Sometimes the pan goes straight to the dish washer and comes out clean! I hope this rambling comment helps!
