Maple BBQ Chicken

I was standing in my kitchen
trying to decide what do with
the chicken thawing in my sink.

Maple syrup came to mind so
here is Maple BBQ chicken.

Juicy ol' BBQ chicken. Can't be beat.

Maple BBQ chicken

10 chicken thighs
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 Sweet Baby Rays Sweet and Spicy BBQ Sauce
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix together sauce ingredients. Reserve a 
small amount for drizzling over the chicken
after its done. Add chicken to sauce and stab with a 
knife so the sauce will marinate through quickly.
Let set 30 minutes or longer. Grill and baste with
sauce that chicken was in until it's close
to done. Make sure both sides are heated
well so the raw juice in the sauce will
not contaminate you. Place on serving
plate and drizzle with remaining sauce.
